Acceptance

The best place you can be in is acceptance. 

Acceptance of where your life is heading.

Acceptance of your age.

Acceptance of what you haven't accomplished and what you have.

Acceptance of the fact that time doesn't seem to be on your side and despite time not being on your side, God makes everything beautiful in His.

Acceptance of the place you are in now, and not trying to speed things up and enjoying every minute of it.

Acceptance of your plans not going the way you hoped. Honestly, if life happened the way we expected it to, we would be bored. A little mystery should be welcomed now and then.

How many of us can say we truly enjoy the present? How many of us can say we took time to live in it. 

We are always a little too late. Once it passes us by, we begin to miss it and have regrets. That's why it's called the past. We wait for it to pass us before we begin to appreciate it. 

Acceptance is the tool we need to fully live our lives and fully engaged with ourselves every single day. Acceptance is the fuel to our happiness, the fuel that keeps us going and gives us the peace to move within the storm and have faith in what is to come. 

We keep saying the best is yet to come, but what if the best is here and now. We are just too focused on our regrets of the past and our plans for the future to see what is right before us. 

Life more abundantly, life to live, the power of will. Take this moment of acceptance and accept where you are and accept the journey you are on and live fully in every day, in every moment.

    We don't want to accept our situation because we are suffering. We know we should not be suffering like we do. So accepting is kind of like giving up.

    Acceptance of where life is taking you. Everything happens for a reason. It is how you choose to handle what you are going through that matters. Before a coal becomes a diamond, it has to go through the fire. The troubles anz problems we go through is the fire that refines us to become the diamond God created us to be

Last year on this blog, I wrote about the fault being in us and not in our stars and how our actions are a ripple effect that governs the things that will eventually take place in our lives. The fault is in Us

Shakespeare was right when he said that the fault is not in our stars but in us. The fault is indeed in us.  We are the problem.  And instead of us taking responsibility for our own actions, we choose to shift that responsibility to "fate".  An invincible force that supposedly determines the steps of human life..   This is what we refer to as our stars!  I believe in God and I believe He directs our steps when we choose His will and His way.  But most times, we tend to use the concept of free will to argue ourselves out of holes we used our own hands to dig ourselves into.   Look at the children of today!
